Report potholes, non-working lights etc

Whilst on a ride and you notice any of the following, email the information to eservices@durban.gov.za.

• If you see a pothole  – take a photo with the nearest address and send it.
• If its a light not working – you need the pole number.
• If its a tree, grass or bush crossing the path – take a photo with nearest address.

It will also make it easier for the officials to sort out the issues if you have geo-tagging on the photo.…

They have to address the issue within 6 days or they have to account for why it hasn’t been done.
